The governor made the remarks on Thursday during the presentation of the book, written by Sir Lawrence Egunjobi, at a meeting held at the Conference Hall, Governor’s Office, Ado-Ekiti.
Describing the elders as a pillar of strength and guidance for his administration, Governor Oyebanji praised them for their contributions to governance through their frequent position papers on security, education, and government policies. He emphasised that their insights provide alternative views that help shape policies in the best interest of the people.
