Operatives of the Inspector-General of Police Intelligence Response Team (IRT) have arrested one Ogaga Dickson, a suspected member of an armed robbery gang that killed a Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in Delta State.
Hassan Jega, the DPO Agbarho Police Division in Delta State, n was killed in a gun duel with suspected armed robbers on October 14, 2024.
The Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi said in a statement on Monday in Abuja that the operatives stormed the gang’s den and engaged them in a fierce gun duel.
