The Kano State Chairman of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Hashimu Dungurawa, has sounded the alarm over what he perceives as an attempt by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to transform Nigeria into a one-party state.
He also predicted a resounding defeat for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 general elections, attributing it to policies he described as anti-masses.
Speaking to journalists in Kano on Thursday, Dungurawa accused the APC-led administration of stifling political diversity while imposing economic hardship on Nigerians.
