Minister of Works, David Umahi, has assured that construction work on the 120km Sokoto-Badagry Super-Highway has kicked off from the Sokoto end of the project.
The Minister who disclosed this in a statement on Saturday in Lagos, said the first 120km is being constructed in Sokoto State while the Kebbi section with 250km has also started.
Umahi stated that the Federal Government was sure that it would also inaugurate the first 20km in section one and 10km in section two of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway on May 29, 2025.
