President Bola Tinubu has approved the new Harmonized Terms and Conditions of Service (HTACOS) for officers and enlisted personnel in the Nigerian Armed Forces.
The announcement was made on Monday during a National Defense Council meeting presided over by the President at the State House in Abuja.
Dada Olusegun, Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, revealed the approval, describing it as a significant milestone in improving the welfare of military personnel, including soldiers, ratings, and airmen.
