The Board of Directors of Unilever Nigeria Plc has announced the appointment of Mr. Oluwatobi Adeniyi as Managing Director of the company following the resignation of Mr. Tim Kleinebenne.
In a statement obtained by THE WHISTLER, the company notified Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that by a Resolution of the Board of Directors of Unilever Nigeria Plc at its Board meeting held on 29 November, 2024 the Board considered and approved the resignation of Kleinebenne as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 31st December 2024.
