Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has called on media practitioners in the state to remain steadfast in their commitment to truth despite efforts by purveyors of misinformation to undermine the developmental strides of his administration.
The Governor who made this appeal on Saturday during the 2024 Abia Media Day celebration held in Umuahia, themed “Celebrating the Voice of Abia, Empowering the Future of the Media”, highlighted the critical agenda-setting role of the media, which the he said must be taken seriously.
