African Leaders Made Continent World’s Poverty Capital— Ex Petroleum Minister

A former Minister of Petroleum and the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company, Ibe Kachikwu, has said that African leads make the continent poverty capital despite huge deposits of natural resources.
