A factional chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Edozie Njoku, has accepted the Supreme Court judgment on the party’s leadership tussle.
The Supreme Court had on Wednesday declared Sylvester Ezeokenwa as the national chairman of APGA, bringing to an end the lingering leadership tussle that had rocked the party for years.
Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court, Abuja, had earlier restrained Njoku from parading himself as the APGA national chairman.
