Minimum Wage: ’If By Tomorrow, No Positive Indication From The Government, We Shall Declare An Indefinite Strike – NLC

The Katsina NLC stated that if by Monday, 25th November, there is no positive feedback from the state government on the payment of the ₦70,000 new minimum wage to workers in the state, then members would embark on strike.

The NLC Chairman in Katsina, Hussain Hamisu, expressed dissatisfaction with the failure of the state government to commence payment of the new minimum wage to workers despite the expiration of the deadline given for negotiations.
