FCT: Wike Approves N1.1 Billion Compensation For Highway Construction

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has approved a compensation package of N1.1 billion for properties affected by the ongoing construction of FCT Highway 105. The road links the Airport Expressway to Kuje township.

Speaking in Abuja on Tuesday after inspecting the project, Wike explained that the valuation of affected structures had been completed and assured that compensation payments would begin immediately to avoid delays in the project.
