Governor Okpebholo Credits Victory to God, Recalls Encounter With Dead Bat During Electioneering Process

The Governor said he did not consult any native doctor or prophet or visit any diviner or shrine to seek help for help throughout the period of his electioneering.

According to him, he saw a dead bat on his bed before he was declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
