The Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB) has recovered the Flight Data Recorder (FDR) and Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) from the Sikorsky SK76 helicopter that crashed last month.
The NSIB’s Director of Public Affairs and Family Assistance, Mrs. Bimbo Oladeji, disclosed in a statement on Friday in Lagos.
She said the FDR and CDR were recovered in collaboration with Search and Recovery partners including the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), the Nigerian Navy, and HydroDive.
