Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah, Monday, flagged off the construction and dualisation of 43.7km Penoks-Abakpa Nike-Ugwogo-Nike-Opi Nsukka road with streetlights.
The road will be completed within 18 months, and aimed at making the state the premier destination for investment, business, tourism, and living, the governor said.
