The Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II, has urged parents to prevent their children from being exploited by selfish politicians to instigate violence during the local government elections in Kano State.
Speaking to journalists on Friday, Sanusi emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and security.
“As you are aware, tomorrow (today) Insha Allah, there will be a local government council election… All those who love Kano will agree with me that there is nothing we need more than preservation of peace and security,” Sanusi said.
