‘Bandits are front for some bigger, invincible forces’ —Shehu Sani

The lawmaker who represented Kaduna Central in the 8th National Assembly, Senator Shehu Sani is of the belief that bandits serve as fronts for bigger invisible and invincible forces because despite billions of ransoms they collect, they still remain wretched and dirty.

The outspoken former federal lawmaker turned political critic who made the assertion in a post on his official X handle on Sunday, insinuated that there may be some hidden forces behind banditry and other activities of terrorism in the country.

According to him, the huge ransom being collected by the daredevil bandits which run into billions of naira may not go to them directly because whenever they are caught, they look wretched and poor, which means they don’t benefit from the monies directly.
