FRSC Sector Commander in the state, Rosemary Alo, made this declaration while addressing journalists at a press conference held in Ibadan on Tuesday.
The accident claimed some lives on Monday in Ibadan.
Also, while speaking, said that six people died while another six sustained various degrees of injuries as a result of the incident.
