The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has won 30 seats at the Saturday, 5th October Local Government and Area Council elections in Akwa Ibom State.
The remaining slot which is the local government area of the current senate President, Godswill Akpabio was won by a member of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
