ASCSN Reels Out Plans To Enhance Welfare of Civil Servants

While speaking to Labour Writers Association (LAWAN) executives recently in Lagos, he articulated a comprehensive plan to address civil servants’ pressing issues. Central to his strategy is enhancing worker welfare and providing extensive capacity-building programs to equip civil servants with the necessary skills and knowledge to remain competitive and efficient in their work environment.

Comrade Muhammed called on the federal government to critically reassess its policy framework. He emphasised the importance of fostering a productivity-driven economy to counteract the adverse effects of the high Naira exchange rate. By prioritising the production of export-oriented goods, Nigeria can invigorate its internal and external trade, benefiting the national economy significantly.
