Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny is ready to come out of retirement to help Barcelona after first-choice goalkeeper Ter Stegen was ruled out of the season.

Stegen underwent surgery after rupturing the patella tendon in his right knee during a 5-1 win over Villarreal over the weekend.
