The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Ltd has signed a deal with the China Engineering & Machinery Corporation (CMEC) for the co-funding of the Gwagwalada Independent Power Plant (GIPP) Phase-1 Project.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Beijing, China.
