The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Ltd on Saturday took a swipe on the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) for claiming that the national oil company raised the price of Premium Motor Spirit popularly known as petrol to undermine the efforts of Dangote Refinery to reduce price of petroleum products in the country.
Specifically, MURIC had in a statement claimed that recent changes to the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit will prevent the Dangote Refinery from offering lower prices and that NNPC Ltd has become the sole offtaker of all products from the refinery.
