The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has said that Dangote Petroleum Refinery Ltd has not notified petroleum marketers that it has commenced loading of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS).
IPMAN President, Abubakar Maigadi said this during an interview monitored by THE WHISTLER.
