The Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS) has revealed that it’s awaiting directives to execute 3,590 Nigerians on death row sending shock waves across the country.
The service per its spokesman, Abubakar Umar, on Wednesday in Abuja revealed to the News Agency of Nigeria that no fewer than 3,590 inmates across the custodial centres in Nigeria are on death row
