Nigeria vows to recover looted funds, boost anti-corruption efforts

Nigeria’s Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi, has announced that the country is collaborating with foreign nations to recover more looted funds.

Fagbemi made this statement on Tuesday, at the Nigerian Bar Association’s Annual General Conference in Lagos, where he emphasized the need for speed and efficiency in prosecuting corrupt individuals.

Lagos Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Lawal Pedro, also stressed the importance of a prompt and efficient justice system, citing its impact on economic growth and investment.
