The Federal Government of Nigeria on Friday said no fewer than 21,600 so-called Nigerian graduates are parading fake degrees obtained from degree mills institutions in Benin Republic, Togo and other countries.
The Minister of Education, Tahir Mamman, disclosed this during a ministerial press briefing on his one year achievements in the ministry, in Abuja on Friday.
According to Mr Mamman, a professor of law, 1,105 individuals have been identified to be holding fake degrees from Togo alone.
