Naira Drops Despite Improved Remittance Inflows Of $553m

The naira has lost 0.31 per cent of its value in the last 11 days despite the $553m remittances inflow achieved in July 2024.

In the parallel market, the naira traded at N1,605 on August 9, 2024, but it dropped by N5 to N1,610 per dollar on August 20, 2024.
