Fubara debunks defection plans, says Rivers still PDP-controlled

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has debunked alleged defection plans by his camp of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state, insisting that Rivers is still a PDP-controlled state.

Recall that strong indications emerged recently that the governor and his supporters were making plans to dump PDP for the Action People’s Party (APP) should the national leaders of PDP fail to hand over the state party structure to the governor.
