The decision was announced by the Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, in a statement issued on Saturday by his Special Adviser on Media, Uchenna Orji.
The contract, awarded to Dantata & Sawoe Ltd in 2007, has faced repeated setbacks, leading the Minister to describe it as the “effluxion of time.”
