Military will not tolerate calls for coup, says CDS Musa

Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa declared on Monday that the Nigerian military will not tolerate any attempts to instigate a change of government.

Musa said this while addressing to State House correspondents following a National Security Council meeting chaired by President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

The Defence Chief issued a stern warning to those advocating for a coup, emphasizing that the military is committed to upholding democracy and will not entertain any actions aimed at regime change.
