The Project Coordinator of the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP), Professor Nenibarini Zabbey, has emphasized the need for a collective effort towards effective and sustainable management of water resources and the environment in Nigeria.
Speaking at the 5th Annual Conference of the Freshwater Biological Association of Nigeria (FBAN) held at Benson Idahosa University, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, Professor Zabbey stressed that mobilizing citizens’ actions for environmental sustainability is crucial for bridging data scarcity and improving management.
