The Yobe State Police Command, on Tuesday, said it successfully rescued a kidnap victim and apprehended the perpetrators.
Details regarding the identity of the victim and the circumstances leading to the abduction are still emerging.
According to a statement released by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, DSP Dungus Abdulkarim, the rescue mission took place in Kasda hamlet near Yauro Village in Jakusko LGA, where the victim was rescued and two AK-47 rifles were recovered. The suspects, Adamu Dimdo, 23, and Idi Dimdo, 25, were apprehended.
