Cholera now in 34 states as Lagos, Bayelsa, Abia, Ebonyi, Katsina top infections chart

Governors of Lagos, Bayelsa, Abia, Ebonyi, Katsina and Zamfara need to step up the game in their respective health ministries, following confirmation that the six states collectively are responsible for 83% of cholera cases in Nigeria today.

So far the infection has been recorded across 187 local government areas in 34 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), fuelling apprehension.
