Members of the Rivers State House of Assembly, loyal to Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, have written to Governor Siminalaye Fubara, and threatened to shut down further expenditure from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the state.
The resolution was reached on Monday at a plenary led by factional Speaker, Martin Amaewhule.
