The Development Bank of Nigeria has appointed five directors as replacements of the chairman, Shehu Yahaya and four other independent directors who exited the bank due to expiration of their tenure.
The DBN said this in a release obtained by THE WHISTLER, signed by the company’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Tony Okpanachi.
