The Network for the Actualisation of Social Growth and Viable Development (NEFGAD) has warned the outgoing Director-General of the Bureau of Public Procurement, Mamman Ahmadu, to comply with President Tinubu’s directive to hand over to the agency’s most senior officer.
According to NEFGAD, Ahmadu is attempting to manipulate the service record to favour a junior officer who joined the agency in 2008, as his replacement, bypassing more senior officers who have been with the Bureau since its inception in 2007.
