The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State has responded to the swearing in of 23 caretaker local government chairmen in Rivers State on Wednesday calling for a declaration of state of emergency in the state.
The state has been embroiled in a political crisis following disagreement between Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his predecessor Nyesom Wike over the post Wike administration sharing formula.
