SEC Approves Mandatory Takeover Of All Minority Shares Of International Energy Insurance By Norrenberger

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the proposed mandatory takeover
of 634,212,476 ordinary shares of minority shareholders of International Energy Insurance Plc (IEI).

The development is coming after Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited (NAPL) acquired 649,873,013 ordinary shares of the company representing 50.61 per cent equity.
