The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) has issued a disconnection notice to government establishments and other institutions across five southeastern states, due to outstanding electricity bills totaling over N180bn.
In a press release signed by EEDC’s Head of Corporate Communications, Mr. Emeka Ezeh, the disco warned of imminent disconnections as a last resort to recover owed funds, if payments are not received by June 10th.
