13 Years Anniversary: Solicitor-General lists challenges against implementing FoI

Beatrice Jeddy-Agba, the Solicitor General of the Federation, says the Freedom of information Act (FoI) in Nigeria is still a work in progress.

Mrs Jeddy-Agba said this in Abuja on Friday at a ceremony marking the 13-year anniversary of the advocacy and implementation of the FoI Act in the country.

FoI Act was signed into law on 28 May 2011 by then President Goodluck Jonathan.
