The Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Pate, said about 4.95 million girls, aged nine to 14 years have been vaccinated against the Human Papillomavirus in the first phase of the vaccination.
Pate who stated this on Friday in Abuja at the sectoral ministerial press briefing to mark the first anniversary of President Bola Tinubu in office, added that the vaccination was done across 15 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
