Oil giant TotalEnergies has indicated an interest in Nigeria’s new oil bid round launched at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston, Texas USA, according to the Minister of State Petroleum Resources (Oil), Heineken Lokpobiri.
The Minister disclosed on Thursday at the one-year ministerial press briefing in Abuja that other multinationals like Halliburton, Eni, and Schlumberger have indicated interest in returning and the country has received $16.6bn investments commitment in the oil and gas industry.
