How Igbo Culture Deprives Women’s Right To Inheritance

Despite a Supreme Court judgement in Ukeje vs Ukeje in 2014 which affirmed that women have the same right to inherit their fathers’ estates as their male counterparts, many Igbo women are being denied access to such by their male counterparts.
