The Senate President of Nigeria, Senator Godswill Akpabio, on Wednesday urged the National Judicial Council to stop ex parte motions by judges of the Federal and state courts who misuse it to stall justice.
Akpabio made the call at the National Summit on Justice 2024, held in Abuja, where he noted that delays in judicial process harm the justice system and make it seem inaccessible.
