Philanthropist and member of the British Royal Force, Hon Opeyemi David Falegan has endorsed call for special recognition for some founding fathers of Ekiti ,including the legal icon and founder Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti(ABUAD) ,Aare Afe Babalola over their outstanding contributions to the birth and growth of Ekiti State
Falegan who joined the conversation for the declaration of a Special Day argued that declaring Ekiti founding fathers’ Day will give total recognition to every hero who played a major role in creating the state .
