PORT HARCOURT – Following repeated complaints from beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), about delayed remittance of their March 2024 stipend, one of commercial banks involved in the payments has explained the reason for the abnormal delay.
The bank’s explanation was contained In a letter addressed to the Programme’s administrator, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, hinging the delay on glitches in the bank’s processing system.
