Nigeria Denied Attractive Science Grants Over Absence Of Research Funding Agency — Prof. Ozor

Executive Director, African Technology Policy Studies (ATPS) Network, Prof. Nicholas Ozor, has disclosed that the non-existence of a National Research and Innovation Funding Agency in Nigeria has denied the country foreign grants for research.

Ozor disclosed this during a validation workshop on “Strengthening Research and Innovation Funding Agencies in West Africa,” which was held at the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) headquarters on Monday in Abuja.
