Serie A giants Juventus reportedly want to sign Mason Greenwood, while Sir Jim Ratcliffe will ‘spare no expense’ for Manchester United’s ‘number one target’… After pulling the plug on Greenwood’s Old Trafford return last summer, the new regime headed up by Ratcliffe will have another decision to make this summer with the Englishman unlikely to spend another season on loan in La Liga with Getafe.
During recent media appearances, Ratcliffe was keen to keep the door open for Greenwood to return, but it is being widely reported that Man Utd are likely to cash in for a pure profit sale of their academy product. He is due to be out of contract in 2025 but the club have the option to extend his deal by a further year.
