ABUJA – Malam Mele Kyari, the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), has assured the country that the Port Harcourt refinery is scheduled to begin operations within the next two weeks.
He said this before the Senate ad hoc committee probing the turn around maintenance undertaken by the Federal Government through the NNPCL.
