Suit Against NASS Budget: SERAP Turning Self to Opposition – Groups 

Some  Pro-democracy groups have accused a civil society group, the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) of constituting itself as an opposition to the growth and sustenance of democracy in Nigeria.

The groups also described the suit filed by SERAP  against the National Assembly as undemocratic and tantamount to hitting the polity.
